Skills Development for Graduate Employability in Bangladesh: Japanese Language in TVET Program

The tremendous potential of Technical and Vocational Education Training (TVET) appears evident worldwide, including in Bangladesh, where the emphasis is primarily on individual skills development for decent employment. Numerous studies have demonstrated that varying degrees soft hard contribute to strength capability human capital. It well acknowledged knowledge technology are rapidly updated contemporary world. This study explores how influences sustainable employability through lens Japanese language program TVET. Moreover, this research aims impact programs Bangladesh's TVET system employability. assess acquired these benefit both domestic international job markets related abilities. employs a mixed-methods approach examining participants’ perceptions understandings those students who enrolled or graduated from program. endeavours conduct theoretical examination capital theory establish connection between its associated approach, knowledge, method. By findings, found TVETs’ significantly positively impacts individuals’ development, improving quality form employability, increasing wages, playing supportable role achieving SDG 8 work economic growth.
